CLEAResult Canada is the authorized delivery agent for HPAP. We also deliver the Enbridge Home Winterproofing Program and Save on Energy’s Energy Affordability Program, which aim to help income-qualified households reduce their energy costs and increase their home comfort by providing no-cost energy-efficient upgrades.

To be considered for the HPAP, the applicant must either:

A. Have a household income for the previous year that does not exceed the following limits:
